FLOODPLAIN PERMITS:
AN UPDATED APPLICATION has been made by Zakary Tesoro and Cresta Roberts for a FLOODPLAIN PERMIT from the City of Three Forks to finish the exterior of a 30’ X 35’ garage on the property located at Lot 2, Block 1 of the Buttelman’s Addition (Plat D-34), commonly referred to as 22 E. Front Street.
AN APPLICATION has been made by William and Stephanie Banks for a FLOODPLAIN PERMIT from the City of Three Forks to build a 20’ by 24’ carport at the property located at Lots 1 and N1/2 of Lot2, Block 38 of the Milwaukee Land Co 1st addition, commonly referred to as 417 E. Ash St.
Plans and specifications for these projects can be viewed at the Three Forks City Office at 206 Main Street, Three Forks, MT. Public comment will be taken in support of and in opposition to these requests for 15 calendar days from October 9, 2024, the date of the first posting. Written testimony is preferred. CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARINGS:
The Three Forks City Council will hold public hearings on October 8, 2024 and November 12, 2024, to hear an ordinance amending Title 7, Chapter 2, Section 15: School Area Parking Restrictions. This is to reflect the new traffic and parking patterns near the Three Forks School. The draft ordinance is available at City Hall and will be available on the City’s website at www.threeforksmontana.us once the transition to the new website is complete.
Written and verbal comment will be accepted at the hearing, or may be submitted via email to cturner@threeforksmontana.us or ksmith@threeforksmontana.us prior to the hearing (deadline of 5PM on 10/8/2024 and through 11/12/2024).
Both hearings will be held at City Hall, 206 Main Street, Three Forks, Montana at 6:00PM. Please contact the City Office at (406) 285-3431 for any questions.
The Three Forks City Council will hold a public hearing on November 12, 2024, to hear a Resolution to Amend the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget and Mills to be Levied.
The drafted resolution is on file at City Hall and shall be posted on the City’s website at www.threeforksmontana.us for inspection.
The hearings will be held at City Hall, 206 Main Street, Three Forks, Montana at 6:00PM. Please contact the City Office at (406) 285-3431 for any questions.
