a. Authorize a $3,000.00 budget for the Library Director to use for repairs and painting of the downstairs

basement. This budget would include the payment to Zac Breen.

b. Hire Zac Breen to repair the walls in the basement and paint the stairwell leading to the basement. Not to

exceed $2,000.00.

4. Public Comment
